I'm a professional singer based in the UK. I've sang all over the world, sometimes on my own with my acoustic guitar, most of the time with my partner, Andy Robertson, who plays much better guitar than I do(even though it's not his first, second or third instrument) in our duo Bird & the Bad Man and sometimes with our 6 piece band Nanna Radleys.
We specialise in playing live music for many different events, including weddings, corporate and parties.
Andy and I write together and have had nearly 900,000 streams under my name and nearly 8 million streams in total with our various projects. Our music is played all over the world! I'm also a session singer providing vocals from our home studio. I have performed on releases from artists such as Melvin Lee Davis (MD & bass player for Chaka Khan) & Uncle Frank (Frank Benbini of Fun Lovin' Criminals).
Nanna Radleys are a high tempo and exciting UK party band. We combine powerful vocals, accomplished musicianship and energy to elevate your wedding, party or event to the next level.
Fronted by outstandingly powerful vocals from sisters Sarah and Lauren and backed by some of the most talented musicians the UK has to offer, our mission is simple: get you on the dancefloor. Our sets are full of songs you know and love, but perhaps haven’t heard a live band perform – at least not in the way we do.
Sarah Bird sings, and Andy Robertson plays guitar or piano and percussion with his feet(if required). We play a wide range of songs and perform them in an uncomplicated yet beautiful acoustic style.
We’ve played at thousands of events and have had the pleasure of supporting the likes of Mica Paris, Hamish Stuart(Average White Band), Hot Chocolate, Leela James, The Real Thing and The Stylistics. We have a huge repertoire and a lot of experience in creating the perfect atmosphere with live music.
